In terms of subject matter, it provides the perfect introduction to a visit to Ghent. It boasts a café-restaurant, a cultural/tourist information desk and adequate toilet facilities.
It is centrally located close to Sint-Pieters railway station and has a park-and-ride site for coaches.
The city centre is easily accessible for groups not only on foot or by tram, but also by boat or bicycle! A professional guide will accompany them if they so wish.
