STAM's educational wing, known as 'City Classes' (Stadsklassen) is already up and running. Primary schoolchildren in the third grade and secondary schoolchildren in the first grade spend a few days getting a feel for the city. They delve deep into Ghent and experience all aspects of city life: the different cultures, the economy, mobility, leisure, tourism, etc. STAM is putting together a special programme for and with each class.
